I'm for Leeroy. Some of these friggin' guilds take forever to start an instance, over-analyze everything and nerd out. Meanwhile, hours go by, and the instance hasn't started. A good group wipe is sometimes in order - it's a game, losers, not a career! Get on with it, or I'll start the instance for you!
