Description: Academy Award-winning filmmaker Steven Okazaki revisits the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and its aftermath in WHITE LIGHT/BLACK RAIN: THE DESTRUCTION OF HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI, premiering August 6th at 8:30 p.m. on HBO, providing an unflinching look at the reality of nuclear warfare through first-hand accounts as told by survivors as well as some of the American men who carried out the bombing mission.
