Description: Alexander McQueen puts together a throwback collection that embraces the Romantic period of our world's history, but also pushes it forward with glamorous and provocative lines. With his models made-up to resemble mysterious, seemingly half-dead maidens, they're white faces belied a dreamy quality and air of sex without being raunchy. With violins adorning the catwalk and a gorgeous chandelier watching over the event, McQueen brought the audience into his mind like no one else can do.
