    I looked it up and it said that this was by a UK firm regarding UK related gun violence. Wondering here. Didn't they ban most guns in the UK?

    They're just trying to find excuses why their idiotry doesn't work.

    Ahh, ban bullets! That'll make it better... whatever. Maybe the legislators over there need to find new jobs.

    You're kind of missing the point... most guns are banned here in the UK, and it has worked. The firearm related death rates in the UK, especially among children, are a tiny fraction of what they are in the US.

    That said, we do still get the occasional preventable death; where someone dies not because of some psycho who's spent months planning it, but because some teenagers managed to get hold of a gun or two. Gang related violence is on the rise, and this PSA isn't an attempt to change the law - it's an attempt to appeal to those who think the gun they've got stashed away is the coolest thing ever, and that no real harm will come from it anyway.

    Just think about it before you go renewing your NRA membership. Banning the bullets has worked so well in the UK we view every single one of these deaths as a national tragedy, and we'll be damned if we'll just let them happen.

    That was beautiful. Wonder what kind of rounds they used? Most bullets don't tear things up like that.
