    Great band that was totally underrated. I don't think anyone really knew how good these guys were.

    Here's a list of top ten reasons why i don't think you guys will be having a reunion anytime soon... 10. He is in negotiations with TNA's "Sting" on who's act should be first, at Prince Phillips' Charity Ball... 9. "Every breath you take.." is a metaphor for his receding hairline.. 8. Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen from David lynchs' version of Dune was his finest work, which is comparable to Erik Estradas'finest stand-up routines.. 7. Sting is into the lute, which is a boy scout version of the already gay looking bouzouki... 6. Live-Aid, Band-Aid and Cool-Aid are still downloaded illegally on morpheus, so it's got him a bit distracted... 5. Brimestone and Treacle is soon to be re-released on HD dvd and maybe even blue ray... 4. He still has to decide about his reunion with "The secret police.." 3. Cannabis is still illegal, and therefor another injustice he has to conquer.. Ironically, so is his fascination with world hunger... 2. Being honored with Commander of the Order of the British Empire means that the Royals want him to perform at Charles and Camilla's wedding; Alone... 1. According to him.. a reunion with "The Police" Quote; "Isn't necessary.."

    Stewart is the man, the Police were the BEST. Saw them many times, I wanted to BE Stewart.

    Stewart is a top bloke , unlike the geordie ~~~~~~~~

    Back in the mid 80s when the Police were huge [and very busy] he filmed the emerging Anti Nowhere League's SO WHAT tour, mixing with the street Punks "stars" like him normally paid $$$$$$ to avoid and be protected from. He did it for his love of Punk and won a great deal of respect for it. Now all we have got to do is persuade him to release it, I am one of the few who saw it - iirc its only public showing at a Chelsea gig at the Marquee. Thanks to mr Punkcast's post above I have found http://www.stewartcopeland.net/ and will start a programme of gentle harrasment !!
