    Ok while im really interested to see how theyre going to do this...are you kidding me guys? A gang vs a gang? First off, these guys are warriors? But I guess this is the perfect show for how theyve been doing this. Dont have to factor in fighting style at all.



    I think this episode is purely "which weapon can do the most damage".

    Youre right Sparta883. This could be really awesome or completely terrible.

    well the tommy gun was made in WW2 and can kill so good but it has some faults like it rattels but over all it is a killing weapon and i hope the NY mafia wins also when i said they used it in WW2 and a other war when we where attacking japan we used tommy guns

    In the episode where the knight and the pirate fought, the knight hit the pirate 2 times with the mourning star and the pirate just fell over.Also the knight was not equiped with the halberd. The knight also shot the pirate in the gut with the crossbow and the pirate just walked it off. WHAT THE HECK!?

    how they gunnu fight?cuz a 1 on 1 wont work with guns.... and ya why the hell is it that gangs are in deadliest WARRIOR. i looked at there schedule.. no greek, not mongul, no celtic, no assassin cults(ninjas werent really cults, i meanlike the super underground secret ones), no trojans. iftheyhave a 2nd season it shpu;d strictly be ancient warriors. the only exeption of guns would be the pirate. no modern fighters and id barely classify modern fighters as warriors

    I hope they dont take the already stale 1vs1 formula. Why not have the group of gang members vs. the other in the final choreagraphed battle? It would be much more brutal and interesting to watch. It would also factor in the gangs group tactics.

    This episode will be sick, Mafia will win cause they have too much firepower. This episode will be really interesting because it will probably be the first episode that doesn't have a 1-on-1 fight but instead will have gang against gang, you get to see a more lengthy and bloody battle with tactics. Can't wait for it, but for info they do go back to ancient warriors in the later part of the season.

    It is kind of dumb. gangster, mobsters whatever you want to call them arn't warriors. and guns arn't warrior weapons, they are coward weapons to me. I think the only kind of "warrior" would be the pirate because they also used cutlasses when their gun were finished. I bet the weapons list will be gun, gun,gun, and maybe a knife or something for both sides. I'm not saying it's not going to be a cool battle, just it's not a warrior battle.

    It pains me to say this, but they are technically qualified. The dictionary defines a warrior as "One who is engaged in or experienced in battle. One who is engaged aggressively or energetically in an activity, cause, or conflict." Gang wars explode over territory, position and resources, same as pretty much every war ever. They're actually more qualified than some of the previous contenders on this show.

    I saw an icepick in the sneak peek and some other guns but not much else except a lot of blood everywhere. This should really be all guns why go for an icepick when you could pack handguns, Tommys and BARS... unless you ran out of ammo I guess but c'mon 40-100 rounds per barrel???

    i am not suprized i saw a gangland once when it followed the mafia they said that 3 guys all with tommy guns burnned down 12 guys and almost cut one person in half because they all shot at him first still i will pull for the yakuza in this one just because i sided with all of the japan warriors...hey so far it has been 1 win and 1 loss this will break it

    get use to the guns because after mafia vs yakuza it will be Green Beret vs. Spetznaz then we get back to out usual close range battels with Shoalin Monk vs. Maori then William Wallace vs. Shaka Zulu great battels comming up with even more to come if the 100 warriors comment is true

    Seriously, yakuza have freaking knives, katanas (yes, that's right, AGAIN) and handguns, there's just no way... What, are the yakuza's other weapons going to be the 12-16 year old girls they use as prostitutes? Either way, it depends on what era of the gang's your going to use... Both would have very different guns at different times... But the yakuza would have the hooker support at all times.

    Anyway, Italians have a far more notorious reputation for tis type of "warfare". What I would like to see, is Aztec vs. ROman Legionaire. Or Roman Legionaire vs. Samurai.

    It might just be me, but I think trying to compare the weapons between these two is going to be insane. Last I checked, the Mafia and the Yakuza used the SAME WEAPONS. Gun for gun, knife for knife, etc. I can't really recall a weapon that one gang had that the other couldn't obtain. They better come up with something good for this one.

    And if you really wanted to see this kind of battle? Hell...check the police reports. I'm sure this has happened before.

    I'm just curious as to what the yakuza weapons are... I mean I couldn't imagine there being too much variance in the weaponry... sigh... I still just waiting for the William Wallace vs. Shaka Zulu episode myself

    Has anyone noticed that the first video(first sneak peek of each episode) of every warrior they show ends up being the loser? I'd bet my money hands down on the Yakuza and I don't even know what kind of weapons or tactics they'll be using.

    The mafia will win. I think they will use a colt m1911a1, .38, tommy gun a maybe a switch blade. Yakuza will most likely use a nambu taisho 14 which is based off the luger which had a hard recoil as for smgs I think i saw a sten mark 2 but it had a lot of shortcoming. overall mafia have better firepower.

    They should have a double-elimination tournament with the winners of the battles to see the various battles. The only problem would be the Spetznaz or the Green Beret going against the inferior warriors (no long-range repeating rifles). Or you could have tourneys of the similar people (bronze age v. bronze age, etc.)

    Just gonna say it again, that last fight is always choreographed and for entertainment purposes only. The Halberd was used in the simulator and even got the most kills out of all the Knights' weapons (even the Crossbow) but for some reason or the other, the creators didn't want to show it to us during the final battle scene.



    Again, that last battle is purely for show, it's not taken from the simulator and is just for entertainment.
