Description: The big shots at the Stardust discuss placing Nomi as Cristal's understudy.

Nomi Malone is a pretty young thing whose big dream in life is to be a Las Vegas showgirl. But after she arrives in Sin City, the ambitious blonde can only find work at a tawdry strip-joint named Cheetahs, where she slides her pliable hot bod up and down poles, and performs foxy lap dances for the panting patrons. One of these customers is Zack Carey, the entertainment director at the Stardust Hotel. His girlfriend is the feral, switch-hitting Cristal Connors, the lead showgirl in the Stardust's show "Goddess". Eventually, Carey gives Nomi her big break, naming her Cristal's understudy. But a melodramatic turn of events results in Nomi pushing Cristal down a staircase, breaking her hip. Naturally Nomi becomes the lead showgirl, proving once again that sex and naked ambition can always lead to success.
