Description: Shark (James Woods) gets a chance to be on the side of the good guys when the mayor of L.A. offers him a deal to head up a special prosecution unit for the city.

James Woods stars plays the charismatic, supremely self-confident attorney Sebastian Stark, who brings his cutthroat style to the Los Angeles DA's high-profile crime unit after years spent cutting a wide swath as a defense attorney. Leading a team of new young lawyers, this shark now preys on the notorious among the city's rich and powerful.
