Sure, because he could totally see through the radio and see everything that is wrong with this man (which happens to be a lot)... Anyone who thinks that this is Giuliani making fun of the caller because he is handicapped, is a complete idiot. He responded to the statement "You're the worst mayor in this city's history... You the biggest criminal in the city," yet this video is set up to sound like the conversation was Giuliani bashing the special olympics. If the caller stated that he had health issues including Parkinson's and Giuliani said something along the lines of "I bet I could kick your ass at a game of darts or horseshoes..." Then, yeah... I could see where this could be considered even remotely offensive... But that's not the case. I'm not trying to back Giuliani in any political stance (I honestly don't care about politics... Gary Coleman could be the next President for all I care) but its just stupid to assume the reason for his statements were based on medical disabilities... I guess my main point here is that I was severely disappointed by the lack of Parkinson's Disease related jokes... Why this made the internet, I will never know...

Ryan2487, Mature thinking, objective adults will consider the possibility that they don't know all the facts before just stating things like "You need psychiatric help" with a smile on their face. Maybe this wouldnt mean anything comming from an athlete, but from a politician it is scary and irresponsible.

The caller, Parkieman, was more hostile thank Giuliani was. hell what are you supposed to say when a guy with a lisp starts attacking you on the air? i think it was better than he laughed alittle and offered help, which if it was completed, that he could possibly get his case reopened.

    Give me a break !!

How the heck was Giuliani to know this guy had parkinsons?

And why should someone be nice to somebody who just called you a crook !?

I don't care if you're in a wheelchair, a walker or a taxi! You dish it out, don't cry when they fight back.

He did know; it's a proven fact. Later in the call, he called him a "critter" and told him to "do us all a favor and die."

Oh really, we should take your word that it is a "proven fact". If it is later in the video, why would they not show that part of it. It is a radio call in show, people take shots at the host and he sends them back, it's called entertainment.

Giuliani is a good man who cleaned up a dirty city. This man is not the only person in America who has medical problems and the costs that accompany them. He has a physical problem, not mental (other than being an idiot), so he knows that if you verbally attack someone, they will generally respond.

Rudy Giuliani may be our President. Do you really want a man who handles unexpected situations with insults? Could you imagine him handling foreign policy.

Seriously, I agree with ands1978 on this one... If he said all that, they should have made that the video because its about a billion times more offensive and relevant than what's shown right here. Listen, I know its politics and everyone is just waiting for someone to slip up so they can rip on whomever they dislike, but something as lame as this video doesn't even desreve to be posted. Get a hold of me when you guys find a video of Barack Obama calling Hillary Clinton a "White Devil" while that mormon guy blames minority youths for all the violence in the world... Until then though, don't waste mine and everybody else's time with stupid things like this...

Let the Propaganda begin... I haven't picked a side nor a candidate, but this is truly blatantly one-sided and ridiculous.

This guy addressed Mayor Giuliani as the worst mayor and the biggest criminal in the city--and this guy has the audacity to call Guiliani hostile? it is easy to HEAR that this man had no intention of solving any issue with the mayor-- he simple wanted to throw stones--this man has emotional problems regardless of his physical health problems-- he is the one who owes the mayor an apology-there is no doubt in my mind that if he started out talking about the issues, the mayor would have engaged in conversation-- productive conversation

I am hoping that the skeptics here feel the same way about the propaganda that has brought us to our present quagmire. It would be too ironic for them to all of the sudden ask questions.
Giuliani knew what he did, and his screeners told him who was calling.
