    8 player co-op, 60 player online madness. please people vote for this game, it will open up the eyes of the developers to make much bigger games in the future.

    Amazing Game.

    Every gun has it's own unique use, and feel. No gun is like another. All with a special ability to use, with great effects, some devastatingly deadly, while others very helpful.

    The Campaign has a nice way of getting you to use and grow accustomed to the unique traits of each individual weapon, which is a great help when it comes to determining which weapon is right for you.
    Although not very tactical, there are some very intense boss fights, with some quote interesting boss'.

    Online 8-Player Co-op with it's brutally massive mobs, which requires exceptional teamwork, and efficient tactical skills, is a great treat for the player who likes to work with other people, and tear through hordes upon hordes of enemies. With each enemy having a different weakness, it's nice to have to work with everyone to quickly and effectively eliminate the enemy while trying to shield your team from enemy fire, heal your team so they stay alive, and also re-supply your team so they don't run out of ammo, which usualy ends up with that player charging the mob in hopes of getting a melee kill before inevitably dying. But don't get me wrong, that's always a joy to see.

    Online Competitive, with up to 60 players, is definitally what Insomniac Games was going for. It's is complete and utter carnage, although with the nice tactical squad setup IG went with, it helps alot from keeping things from getting confusing. It is delivered well and easy to tell your allies from your enemies. With multiple game modes, the ability to chose how many players, and lots of different weapons and berserks to choose from, it's always a unique and joyful experience everytime you play. And of course it's always truely gratifying sneaking up and an enemy and using the splicer's secondary fire to rip them apart.

    diz game is something else, IT FUCKIN BLEW MY MIND, da story line is so gud, u just feel like u in real life, diz game shud be da GAME OF DA YEAR, everythin is fuckin awsome i finished it and i finished it again, u dont get tired of diz, da first RESISTANCE WAS AMAZING BUT DIZ ONE IS JUST WAY MORE AMAZIN, diz iz GEARS OF WARS KILLER FOR SURE

    This is a great game and i do hope that either this or GTA 4 wins GOTY. However, i hate that they took away the dual player campaign mode. I'm ol skool, i like the ol skool co op games. I wish they would bring those back. But still, this is a great game. And as always, sony 4 life!!

    This game should be game of the year.. its AMAZEING!!!!!!!!!! the online play is the BEST!!!! its soo much fun everyone that like shooters have to get this game!!

    Maybe not the best of its kind but Resistance 2 is more than competent. A great game packed with a lot of content. I still think Resistance misses this "I don't why" thing to make it really shine. A great game from Insomniac Studios nevertheless.
