IFILM get it together! I've seen more accurate reporting by Fox News and Bill O'reilly. This man was punched because he attacked the owner, and why does anyone think hes homeless, theres no evidence to think this man doesnt own or rent a dwelling for him and his belongings? All the comments above are being made without any of us knowing all the facts, hearing each parties side and knowing whether or not this was an isolated incident between the individuals. Perhaps the alleged homeless person has been a repeat problem for the business. This comes at a cost to the franchise owner. If legal action is involved, the shopowner wastes time and money. The alleged homeless person would get free legal aid. Could this be the case of a fed up business man snapping. I'm not condoning it, and the police and courts wouldn't either. Could it be "Old-School" problem solving at its fastest? On the flip side, might the owner have made a decision to nip a potential problem in the bud A. S. A. P.? Perhaps homeless persons have hurt the hard working business owners of the area and this shop keeper is not going to tolerate a rather young enough and able bodied individual screw up his dreams, hopes, business and family, nor hurt him financially. There are those who bust their hump to survive and get ahead, and those looking for the free ride on the "Entitlement Trolley...

Apparently this homeless man had been harrassing women at a local shopping complex. He then attempts to punch the owner in the face, and that is when he gets a fist. The manager was just trying to help out.
