Description: The PlayStation 3 makes it's debut.

The unveiling of PlayStation 3 at Sony's E3 2005 Press Conference. The new, groundbreaking console was presented by Kaz Hirai, President and CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment America and Ken Kutaragi, President and Group CEO Sony Computer Entertainment. The PS3 incorporates the world's most advanced Cell microprocessor, Blu-Ray disc capability, and a 20GB internal hard drive. The console has adopted BD-ROM technology, which offers 54 GB maximum storage per disc, enabling it to deliver HD quality content as well compatibility with 13,000 titles already released for it's predecessors.
