I don't think cancer is supposed to be funny, the absurd cruelty of the plot twist is. In nearly every PG-Porn, that element has been there. Not every piece has worked for me, but in this case, sometimes the shorter and more precise the thesis, the more effective. The very first PGP, Nailing Your Wife, was in the same vein. Without Sean's brilliant reaction, it would have fallen flat. Yes, I like my comedy dark, for the most part (Hey, I grew up on movies like The Love One, give me a break).
