    My "checking" compulsion was never this bad, but it did have an effect on my work life. I did to give up visual art because was never "perfect enough." Luckily medium dose of paroxetine works for me now.

    Try living the life of someone with OCD for a few days if you don't already have it. With OCD you usually have a other disorder with it and that is usually Panic and anxiety Disorder. Looking at that mailman is like looking into a mirror. I do the same thing when taking my cloths out of the dryer. With me I usually have to take some, not usually all of the cloths out of the dryer one by one 5 times each. I know it look's funny watching the mailman but it's not for him or his family members who have to see it everyday.

    Interesting but fake. The guy looks like he was filmed doing that once against a background. Just edit out the background and place the mailman against a moving street scene. Just a matter of spinning out his collecting the mail by using different sections repeatedly.

    poor guy he just can't stop it.. and these rituals are so dificult for their daily lives... BUT IT SURE IS FUN TO WATCH!!LOL
