Description: The longest foot race in the world takes place in Jamaica, New York. In extreme heat, the runners complete in excess of 60-70 miles a day to complete the 3,100 mile race. They run in excess of 6000 laps of a half-mile block.

This surreal event was won last year by Huntington Beach, California, resident Ed Kelley. Fewer than 10 people in the world are capable of running such a distance.
