    lester got his ass kicked, and instead of the americans being gracious in defeat, they just reverted to talkin shit and slinging insults. what a joke. no respect for others, no respect for themselves. tehy shouldn't call it mixed martial arts for guys like that. its just fighting. martial arts is for people who act respectively in victory and defeat.

    o, and i forgot to mention; the worst of all is that the american leader, dan henderson, took the lead calling james a douchebag. no wonder your team is losing. youre teaching them to be pricks.

    listen to lester talk before the fight about "if dan henderson believe in me..." etc. meanwhile, the "Great" dan henderson lies to him after the first round, telling him "it was close, but you won that round." these guys do it to themselves.

    That Final was a joke!



    Frank Lester was a joke. All through the show he was just a guy with no skills, no heart, and no confidence. I did not see one fighter get better with the help of Coach Henderson. From the US team, the only guy worth watching was Damarkus Johnson. Even on the first show, a guy fainted because he claimed that he was trying to make weight. With the exception of Damarcus, team USA was a joke. Where did they get those sissies from?



    I will give props to the Brits. Even their elimination show was all business with guys who came in shape to win. Not a bunch of sissified wannabes!

    Man! are you fuckin kidding me?..frank just lost?!?!?....WTF!!..i dont see frank lesnar has no confidence! when i saw he was in the cage, but he was getting tired. The only one is demarques has GOOD confidence, and great skill. I hope he'll wins this saturday
