unfortunately after tonight's first episode of heavyweights I'll probably have to disagree with that statement. So far with the fight I saw Kimbo will probably have a very good chance in becoming the ultimate fighter as long as he can grasp the jiu jitsu aspect and grappling game. Kimbo could in turn become dangerous or it could go the opposite direction too.

After last night's episode, it was very obvious that several of the Ultimate Fighter candidates (to make a name for them selves ) want to take Mr. Kimbo Slice down. Although I wasn't much of a Kimbo Fan, I respect the man for taking the initiative in participating in the Ultimate Fighter Challenge while facing so much adversity. Good Luck Kimbo, I'm glad to see that Rampage took you under wing and brought you onto his team.

I think Kimbos age is his main enemy. He had a lot of fights on the street and took a lot of punishent that will come back into play. He was knocked out in 14 seconds by a smaller man that was not known as a striker. Bas Rutten syas he dosen't take orders well and this will become a problem if that keeps up. He will have to work on his ground game. I think they will keep him around to the last of the first round to protect him and keep raitings up then he will get his first fight. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the fix is on they will just protect the raitings as long as possible

the other contectants on tuf or real stupid tannedman209 i agree they all want to fight him just to make a name for themselves and i think roy nelson said it right in his blog when he says its hard to beat a man that shows up ready to fight everyday. Kimbo dont care wat nobody thinks he there for a reasson to fight thats why hes gonna be tuf to beat. Truthly you have to admit after watching the first epi none of those guys can stand up and trade blows with him. And rampage knows he has a problem with the ground and thats all they're gonna work. I cant wait to c him fight and know the first guy out. TO SHUT UP ALL U HATERS.

This video is what I wish the show was all about. The training that these guys put in, the way they are coached, they way they carry out their drills.

Not all the crap trash talking between Rashad and Rampage, I hate that. Even the goings on inside the house. I don't care much for the reality tv side of things.

I hope Kimbo does well and takes all that is being shown to him and turns himself into a wrecking ball. Age is not on his side but his fight anyone (in the cage I hope) and win at all costs menatlity will go along way to putting him on top at the end.

    Bring on the fighting.

If kimbo really is a sponge and he is learining as quick as this video show's he is.....then there are alot of heavyweight's that could possibly be in some heavy trouble.

Man, the first two episodes have been a total let-down. Yes, Jon destroyed abe but the fight seemed to drag-along. Wes obviously looked like the victor and James looked disgustingly inexperienced but the judges favored James. They both need to hit the Treadmill or the stationary bike! Wes your a BIG man straighten your back, bend at the knees and tuck your chin . Your leaning forward leaving that huge melon easy to find. Your reach his enormous and your legs are long, JAB JAB JAB right straight , check kicks and CONDITION! James your good, your on a great team and have great coaches. What are you doing turning and running? WOW! Rashad, check your boy quick.

Kimbo Slice vs. Big Country....Good fight?

Honestly, I can't see a better match-up for both fighters, this is what most viewers want to see. But I personally would like to see Kimbo beat on Brendan Schaub's head for the comments made during his introduction. I've never heard of Roy Nelson or seen him fight but if he is a Former IFA Champion then he should get the respect thats due. On the other hand, WE'VE ALL seen Kimbo in action! He's got the athletic frame the strength and the chin but does he have to conditioning? They have him learning the ground/grappling aspect and he's really taking it in but will big country take it there? I see a punch-out happening, who's got the power or the better chin to win?

    Any Comments?
