    As amusing as this is, nothing can possibly compare to Japanese Spiderman!

    What? You mean to tell me you've never seen it? Well, for starters it was made for Japanese TV in 1978 and was NOT supposed to be a parody-- nor was it meant to be funny.

    This was Japanese children's super hero sci-fi, however, so Spiderman naturally had to have a super-cool, SpiderMobile with styling so way-over-the-top that Electra Woman and Dyna Girl would have been embarrassed to be seen even parking next to the thing.

    Furthermore, Japanese Spiderman --again, because of his Japanese-ness-- was also lucky enough to count a Giant, Transforming Robot Warrior among his crime-fighting tools. One minute it's disguised as Spidey's found Alien space craft, The Marveller... Confound the wall-crawler with too much criminality or monstrousness, however, and he just might command The Marveller to reconfigure itself into the Shogun Warrior-ish Leopardon!

    Go find ciips of this and watch the fuck out of them!

    Do it now, for my Spidey-sense is tingling and that means I need you to give me a little privacy!

    I did not know the language but still saw the movie just for fun and I enjoyed it
