To Narcolepto - your comments on David Beckham are a bit out of order. If you watch the entire ad (not this shortened version - YouTube has a copy), you'd know that Beckham is referring to his red card during the England vs Argentina match in the 1998 World Cup. With respect to being full of himself - he and his family DID receive death threats. His image was burned in effigy in front of pubs all across England and the rest of Britain. Newspapers villified him as having lost the Cup for England - that he was a disgrace to his Country and family. The Greece game in qualifying for the 2002 Cup was where he "redeemed" himself.

    Cheers.

Hey asswipe, he was getting death threats (and threats concerning his wife and boys) for three and a half years after the world cup game UNTIL the game against Greece ya idiot!!!! listen to what he says mofo! he's giving hope to the children of this country that they can do something with their lives telling them that "impossible is nothing". yeah, that is a slogan. but is that what a child is going to think of when they here it. no. think about that. bet you've never had any death threats. i would call that significant enough.
