Description: The topic was presented to the National Tour Association Membership at their Annual convention in November 2006. NTA convention was in Salt Lake City Utah. The presentation is about using tracking, or analyic software, to more effectively measure Return on Investment and make better website marketing decision. The Audience were Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO), Tour Operators and Suppliers. The audience are all part of the hospitality industry with an emphasis on tour buses.
