Accually the driver did not secure his load. He could NOT shut the doors while still on the dock. The doors to this 53' traler swung out on the sides of the trailer not roll up to the roof of the trailer. What he should have done is put a load strap or load brace across the rear of the carts to prevent the carts from moving in the truck. You can accualy see both doors on the side of the truck when he pulls off the dock.
