    There is another for a guy to freeze his balls off that is a bit more realistic and not necessarily fatal. Where I live, we sometimes have subzero temperatures and high winds during the winter. Because this is not a very common occurrence, some people get careless regarding how they dress. (They just have to get to the local carry out store for cigarettes and beer.) Anyway, if you aren't very careful to cover up, your exposed skin can freeze quickly. Especially the skin of your ball sack. So, a bit of carelessness, a hole in in your jeans and too much alcohol equals frostbite on your ball sack.

    If a man is too stubborn to go to the doctor and get it treated, the next thing to come cane be gangrene and amputation. They won't just take a little bit. They'll try to save what they can. But, if you let it go to long, it good bye balls and lifetime of hormone treatments. I have read about this. It happens. It's not the only body part you can lose. Yeeeeoooow!
