    Not drinking excessively is absolutely 100% GUARANTEED to cure you of hangovers. No kidding. Drink in moderation - not to get drunk - and you will not have to worry about a "cure". Peace.

    Prickly pear juice may work, but I'm not gonna shell out $50 for it everytime I drink. The best cure I have found (other than hair of the dog) is to drink 12 oz of water for every beer or shot you drink. That may be hard in party mode though, so stay away from dark liqours and beers. Mixed drinks are the worst. The more sugar you drink the night before then worse your hangover will be. On top of drinking the water, take a couple of ibuprofen before you go to bed. And if you still have a hangover the next morning, alkaseltzer and some green chili stew work best. Or at least they do for me. Or just down a bloody mary and start over again!

    I've tried the Beer/Water Theorum, works like a charm, If you down a dozen Honey-Browns, it's probably not going to matter. Take it from one who knows, moderation is always the best policy. :P

    Good question Tisoy24. I wouldn't mind a little more myself. But, 'til there is a surgery I don't think there's any hope. Just my opinion. Suggestion: Learn to use what you have in an effective manner or, just whack-a-mole!

    you could also just drink water, because a hangover can be caused by dehydration. just drink a few glasses after you wake up.

    Someone said to take ibuprofen when drinking excessively. Wrong idea.

    Alcohol and ibuprofen = stomach ulcers. Especially if you take a few every time you drink and do so regularly for years. When you are 50 you want to enjoy life not just get through it with the stomach ulcers you caused yourself.

    Also it can cause quicker damage to the liver. In fact, having 6 shots and then taking 6 ibuprofen can put your liver into shut down mode.

    1. Keeping on drinking to avoid hangovers is plain idiotic.



    2. Advil, Aspirin, Tylenol: Too late; damage is done. And can mess up your liver bad.



    3. Greasy foods: Saddlebags & cellulite. Hooray.



    4. Chaser pills are only activated charcoal and Tums and don't work. Enjoy the Trots!



    5. Most so-called hangover pills are nothing more than repackaged vitamins = snake oil.

    I have tried prickly pear juice, at least 40 times, when, for the sake of science I have been my own little guinea pig and have got drunk, sometimes, and dead drunk others, and have never experienced the dreadful hangover, all on account of drinking prickly pear juice.
