Description: Director Takashi Shimizu discusses why he chose Sarah Michelle Gellar to play the lead.

A re-envisioning of the Japanese thriller that took the island by storm, directed by the man who helmed the original. Sarah Michelle Gellar plays an American nurse on a mission of mercy in Tokyo who finds herself afflicted with a mystery virus that sends it's victims into a murderous rage before killing and moving on to another host.
