Movies & TV - Jennifer Love Hewitt stars in this CBS series as a woman who can talk to the dead.

John Gray created the show. Sander/Moses Productions, in association with Touchstone Television & CBS Paramount, produces it. The stories are also said to be based in part on the work of Spirit Communicator Mary Ann Wintkowski. Ghost Whisperer began airing on Fridays, starting on September 23, 2005, on CBS and CTV. The show has become one of CBS' top-rated shows. CBS says that the show has helped vault CBS into a position of prime time leadership on Friday in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, while widening the network's lead in viewers from last season. CBS renewed Ghost Whisperer for a second season. Don't miss the season premiere September 22.
