Description: Casey Affleck and Matt Damon talk about their childhood friendship.

Two friends (Casey Affleck, Matt Damon) go for a hike in the desert and lose their way. The confusion brought on by the unfamiliar landscape, the sun, the wind and fatigue leads the two men into dangerous places both geographical and psychological. Director Van Sant experimented with long shots to give the film a more real-time feel.
