Description: Jeff Crispi, a filmmaker diagnosed with cancer, manic-depression, and obesity uses diverse passions to fight for a better life. Alternative ways of improving himself (Cinema Therapy, Acupuncture, Combat Training, others), interviewing interesting people, new eating lifestyles (Raw Foodism, Pescetarianism), and finding similarities between his journey and the mysterious Divine Proportion, help Jeff reconnect to the world and himself. The Divine Proportion, or "Golden Ratio" has been linked to the harmony expressed by emotions, behaviors, and characteristics present within ourselves and nature by great minds such as Sculptor Phidias, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Physicist Sir Roger Penrose. While improving his health is the primary goal, he speaks with faith leaders, medical professionals, and educators in search of what it means to be complete in mind, body, and spirit. (less)
