    Rosie reinforces negative stereotypes of Democrats. As an Old-South Democrat, I am embarrassed by her stance. If she were Republican, she would make a great radio talk show host on Fox News.



    I think Rosie is envious of Elisabeth -- looks, prestige, privilege. Haves vs. have nots. Despite this, I'd like to see more from Elisabeth. I'm beginning to like her, even if i disagree with her philosophy.

    If they all didn't talk 'over' each other, you'd be able to understand them better. I should post a transcript of what was actually said & you'd see that Rosie was instigating the whole thing. Elizabeth was trying to explain herself & Rosie kept twisting her words or not allowing her to make her point. Elizabeth said, and I quote "I don¿t believe that you believe our troops are terrorists. I have said that before, but when you say something like '650,000 Iraqi¿s are dead¿we invaded them...who are the terrorists?'...I don¿t believe that your suggestion was right."



    I think that is pretty clear. She was disagreeing with Rosie's "suggestion" that we are the terrorists & tried to give Rosie the opportunity to clarify her statements. Either Rosie doesn't feel confident enough in her ability to defend her statements & their validity & therefore needs to use argument, accusations & drama to distract listeners or they are all using Rosie's "drama" to further the show....I think it's the first one.



    And I have to add a little side note: I am not against Rosie as a person. In fact, I have mostly enjoyed the few times I've heard her hosting her show etc....but when she starts voicing her personal political/social beliefs I strongly disagree with them & the way in which she voices them. There is no need to get ugly.



    Anyway, that's my 2cents :-)
