I think the model was a little confused. Like a lot of vegetarians, she doesn't eat red meat but poultry and fish are OK. The interviewer was unnecessarily harsh on her, probably because she was jealous how much prettier she was than her, and with looks like hers, I'd be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt! She's not as stupid as Jessica Simpson, who thought Chicken of the Sea was actually a poultry product!
