I wonder why it has a suppossed neurological disorder?? It has owners that think its condition is funny, tape it and then load it on the net thinking there are folks that think it's hilarious...you suck and in the next life you'll be that kitty.

Seriously, whoever posted this needs sodomized with a knife, or a pitch fork, prefibly pitch fork, thats sad, poor kitty, glad my cats not like that, and I know it's sad to say, but I'd probably put the kitten to sleep, rather that than seeing it suffer like that.

Someone from Sweden posted a similar video of a Cat named kittsie-malloy. kittsie-malloy@studioengstrom.se Text in Swedish was hard for me to translate. Throwing toys for the cat to chase, it was falling all over, off couches and on the floor. They were laughing. Apparently they rescued the cat when it was hit by a car and a vet said it had a neurological problem. I don't find this kind of video funny, very distressing. Why someone would title this video drunken cat? Getting animals drunk is not funny either, nor those who would watch it looking for a laugh. Animals are helpless. People who take advantage simply because of their more complex DNA sicken me. What do those same people think of humans who are less mentally blessed? Disgusting. The idea that everything must be entertaining is part of our transition to a 30 second attention span, brainless sound-byte lifestyle. I'm so pleased all comments are dismayed by this video. I like you people very much, you have heart, charity, love for living things and respect for the integrity of living creatures. Beryl1234

I am a dog person myself, but growing up in the country I love all animals and to me this is animal cruelty. I would rather have one of my dogs put humanely to sleep rather than see any animal have to suffer. GOD will get you!!!!

now now everybody, the fact that the cat is being cared for is proof enough the people who sent this in care for the cat. Sure animal cruelty is terrible but I for one like the idea of someone careing for an animal the average family wouldnt want by giving it a home rather than a lethal injection

My cat had this after he ate a lizard. It was temporary, and they aren't in pain, just an inner ear thing. I laughed my ass off at the cat. I am an animal lover. So from my experience, this is a temporary thing from eating a bad lizard.

THIS ISN'T CRUEL! My kitty has this same affliction and because of this link I've been able to mail the video to a number of vets to give me the concensus that my animal is truly in no pain (as I believed from the start) and instead this is something that he can adapt to live with, and continue to live happily. Imagine if I would have listened to the first vet I took him to who said that I had to put him (a happy, energetic, otherwise HEALTHY cat) down.

    So stop being so dramatic.

ok yes.. i agree that this is horrible.. but if you listen to the people in the video, they dont think its funny. The one guy sighs in pain, the lady mentions that the cats leg is broken and states at the end that the guy filming this doesnt have to do this. It is probably an owner who knows that this will be the last night that they will have their cat and want to tape every moment. Them posting it online may be helpful in the healing process.

"My cats are like my kids"??? "animals are helpless"???

OMG how pathetic ! if your cats are like your kids then u might wanna get a life and socialize with real people! and sorry to break it to ya but the only reason cats are helpless is b/c ppl declaw them and even then they still have claws in their back paws and teeth in their mouths...to say this video is animal cruelty is ridiculous....please get a life

I love cats (have 4), I think it's funny -- one of mine walked like that after anesthetic but got over it in a couple of hours. It's all the matter of intentions. Just one comment -- don't ever try to recreate this by giving alcohol to your cat. They don't have the right enzymes to digest it so it just kills them. Bad idea.
