Description: This steamy footage captures Brazilian supermodel and MTV host Daniella Cicarelli having a tryst on a beach with boyfriend Renato "Tato" Malzoni. The popularity of this clip throughout South America led to a lawsuit by the Brazilian supermodel and her boyfriend, who got YouTube temporarily shut down in Brazil for violating their privacy.

In response, tens of thousands of Brazilians signed a petition urging MTV to fire the host. MTV has denied involvement with the lawsuit and instead tried to pin the blame on Malzoni for initiating the crackdown. (less)
