While I love watching The Ultimate Fighter, these F'in commercials have got to go!! You have 1 round then 5 minutes of commercials. Another round then 5 minutes of commercials. How about 1 round then 1 minute of commercials?? To coincide with the 1 minute break the fighters get!!

WTF ever happened to the day when you would have 15 minutes of show and MAYBE 3 minutes as the STANDARD commercial break??? Once this season is over, goodbye Spike. The whole F'in world is nothing but a advertisement....and Spike TV is one of the WORST for advertisements!!!

i really think frank could be a better fighter if he hits straight , those kind of punches that he uses are good in power but he cant reach the oponent nicely!!!
