Description: The Frenchman can't help himself - this story is so good he can't let anyone else tell it.

An American filmmaker goes to Paris in 1969, ostensibly to make a sci-fi flick (which takes place in the futuristic year 2000) with a gorgeous secret agent as the lead. The other reason he's there is to document his life abroad "with total honesty." His professional filmmaking falls into trouble, though, as he becomes obsessed with his female lead and fails to come up with an ending for his film.
