This was a hoax and happened like 7 years ago. I don't understand why ifilm didn't take the two seconds to research this and at least put this in the description. I guess ifilm has a crack research team. I'm not an apologist for McDonald's but people do this kind of stuff to get frivolous lawsuits. Remember the Wendy's chilli finger incident? That too was a hoax and the perp is now spending time in a Nevada prison.
