overtrain? sorry penn but you; atleast to me have arguably the Worst cardio and training methods in the UFC (check out the st. pierre v. penn 2 primetime and tell me i'm wrong.) And it probably lasted so long because georges wanted to smack you around as much as possible and even if i'm wrong it doesn't matter he kicked your ass every round and got a doc stoppage. You didn't even know what the fuck was going on. you were sleepwalking the whole fight, proving your shitty training and displacement in the welterweight division. gsp already said he has no interest in fighting you again. But despite ur cockyness and egotistical attitude u are one of the best LIGHTWEIGHT fighters in history, but i still think kenny florian will kick your ass.
