Animal poisoning should only be done by trained clinicians ( not college freshmen.) Only dullards needs so-called mind-expanding drugs. I've been stone free since I was born. ("Look ! Is this not part of the propaganda put out by the US government to dissuade LSD use back in the day? This is similar to Thomas Edison's "proof" that AC power was more dangerous by publicly electrocuting animals using. I contend that this video is a fake. Either the cat was given something other than LSD, or was given a tremendous amount of it. Even over-the-counter drugs can seriously fuck you up if you take too much. The actual research data on LSD tells a different story.

To all you people bitching about drug users: If people want to take drugs then that is THEIR buisness, not YOURS so shut the fuck up! I personally don't use, but I don't look at someone differently, or bash them for using 'em....UNTIL they put themselves into a postion that potentially endagers my life. Only THEN it becomes my problem, and most of the time people who take LSD are just a bunch of hippies chillin in a cabin or somthing so calm down.

The diff is that the cat did not choose to take anything, people do. I am afraid that some abuser thinks this is kool and does this to their cat--like in the case of sven99. Since nobody likes him he tortures animals. Looks like he performed his own mind altering experiments on himself and lost something in the process.

What they do to animals when testing new products is just wrong. As for you people concearned about drug use give it up. People have been using things to alter thier conscience since the begining of time. If these people choose to use drugs that is their chose. As for you athletic types I have been using drugs for nearly 25 years now (mainly pot),and go figure I excercise 4 days a week and participate in marathons every year and I have won first place 7 times out of the 26 events I have entered. Here is something for you parents. I am also a High School teacher and I have won teacher of the year 6 times in my 14 years of teaching and I also was given a commendation by the school district for my complete dedication to my students. So you "I never take drugs my body is a temple" shut up! You take drugs everyday. They are even in your soft drinks (caffine). And I know you have taken things to cure headaches, stomach aches, ect... All of these drugs can kill you if you take the wrong dosage. Did you know more people die of allergic reactions to aspirin every year than to all of the drugs that are listed illegal combined (this info can be found in medical books that are put out by the government every year). The only thing different about these drugs are that they have been given the green light by our government. Well its time to spark one up because I have a long day of teaching. But I will say it is wrong to use animals for medical testing and always will be in my opinion. P.S. Parents you would be shocked to learn how many teachers use drugs and I teach in a upper-middle class school district. Most of us teachers can hardly keep from laughing at PTA meetings when you start talking about conrtoling the so called drug problem.

that is so sad and sickening. I have seen a few people on LSD(good trips AND bad) and I have NEVER seen them react the way that poor cat did. That's just... I have no words for it as even cursing is inadequate.

All I can do is forgive the people who did that to that poor cat. They obviously didn't know what the hell they were doing, and they were probably just following orders from someone else who equally had no fucking clue what they were doing. Just like me, when I did LSD... I had no clue what I was getting into either... but I certainly must say that I think my trips were far better than that poor cat's trip... I mean, hell, they should have started him on a really small dose first before giving him what obviously looks like a double or a quad hit.

I don't suppose anyone knows much about how LSD was treated when it first came out. Take an anthropology class and find out, LSD was considered so harmless it was in highschool science books and was commonly made in class as an experiment, the cultural implications of this are important, if we didn't think it was bad to put in ourselves why would we think it bad to give to a cat. Judge by the standards of that period not your own. Morality is based entirely on the culture it comes from.
