  I have been working out for two years three months now, I was324lbs now and now214lbs and now doing straight training and body building. It is for life, I have a new passion in my life. God had to be the one who sent me in this direction. Working out has taken me in the direction of healing, Mind, Body and Spirit. When I am at the Gym I feel as if I have no disability. I don¿t look blind (retinisipigmantosa). I have not 90% peripheral vision. I have some central vision. I run on the Percore (an elliptical machine)I Like to run and get as far as I can, I know all that I am doing is running in a stationary place, No, not in my mind I an on the beach, in the mountains, running by a lake, To me the Percore (an Elliptical machine) is the greatest. I found a place where I am free. When I am lifting waits I am in total and complete control of me. I know what body can and can not do. I like to make it do everything it can and something¿s I didn¿t know it could. Working out has taken me from a person who use to gave up, to there is no end.
