    those kids as they are called are they not the same kids who throw rocks and as reported but not as much granades at the soldiers!! what would you expect!! lets not forget that those kids were probably sent to do this by there shit bag dads who dont have the balls to be as up front but would rarther drive a car in to loads of innocent and blow them up!!!!karl brown liverpool

    If American gained iron control of Iraq, those fighting them would have to go somewhere else and make trouble there. America conquering Iraq would recruit millions of people throughout the world to attack America directly. Leaving Iraq and Afghanistan alone would remove the prime reason to attack America.

    Right now Iraq's neighbours, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia are all lead by dictators or hereditary kings who are effectively proxy/puppet dictators for the USA. It would be a good thing if they were toppled and replaced by popular democracies.

    Iraq is in ruins. It has no money. It is in no shape for foreign adventures.

    The longer the war goes on, the more the weaknesses of the American war machine will be revealed. America's enemies are watching and taking notes on how to fight Americans effectively.

    Bush is raping, maiming, killing and torturing kids in Iraq. This must stop. There is no compelling reason to hurt these kids.

    When the military screws soldiers who come back disabled, or I hear of their psychological problems, I rejoice at the natural justice of the universe. I think of the misery these guys created in Iraq to people who did absolutely nothing to provoke the malice. When one of these guys is killed I give a sigh of relief that another serial killer has been removed from the gene pool. It is sad when a child loses a father, but that soldier was busy killing other kids' fathers, so it is good thing when somebody finally stops his killing spree.

Description: The Ministry of Defence has launched an investigation into a video which allegedly shows British soldiers brutally beating a group of young Iraqis. The film, which was reported in a Sunday newspaper, shows the troops repeatedly kicking, punching and striking civilians with batons. The newspaper said the footage was filmed during street riots in Basra in 2004 by a corporal who can be heard laughing and encouraging his colleagues in a running commentary.

"We are aware of these very serious allegations and can confirm they are now the subject of an urgent Royal Military Police investigation," a Ministry of Defence spokesman said.

"We condemn all acts of abuse and brutality and always treat any allegations of wrongdoing extremely seriously."

According to the News of the World, the video shows the troops dragging four young protesters off a street and into an army compound.

The cameraman is said to be heard laughing and saying: "Oh yes! Oh Yes! You're gonna get it. Yes, naughty little boys. You little f***ers, you little f***ers. Die. Ha Ha."

The tape shows a minute's worth of the attack - with 42 blows counted, according to the newspaper. The footage also allegedly shows a British soldier twice kicking a dead Iraqi in the face.
