This Gal has been around for a long time and is trustworthy. The video you are watching is part of her non impact, aerobic work out. The faces she is making is a known series of Yoga exercises designed to keep gravity from winning and you out of the cosmetic surgeon's offce.

Believe it or not this routine works and works well on the theory that O2 burns fat. You must get your MDs permission to do this routine as it could very well harm you if you have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
