Description: In this maiden voyage edition (the first episode), Julie lists off all the types of boats covered by The Boaters TV. (While it is a long-winded, poetic presentation, we think even experienced boaters will be surprised by the wide variety of boat categories and types there are. And it's not even an exhaustive list!) In the remainder of this episode, we cover recreational boating statistics from the National Marine Manufacturers Association ( http://www.DiscoverBoating.com ), tips on getting better fuel efficiency out of your boat, AND we feature a little tidbit from the recent Plywood Regatta--an event put on by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida ( http://www.MIASF.org ). The Boaters TV online show delivers boating news for all types of boat owners and enthusiasts. Upbeat host, Julie Perry, reports important happenings in the world of recreational boating, but also provides a high level of entertainment value (or so we try).
