The movie was alright, however, it was nothing like the book. The only thing that followed along with the book, were the names of the characters.

I hope this movie dosent turn out to be a rip off of Underworld. I MIGHT wait till the DVD and rent it and if it is good then I will buy it.

True, "American werewolf in London" was the pinnacle of that genre, but it would be a shame if directors and producers just gave up making lycanthropic pictures. if this movie turns out to be crap (I'm hoping not), it'll just make us appreciate the really good ones even more.
