Kind of disappointed, the Knight got completely ignored by you guys as far as devastating weapons went. One hit with the morning star completely obliterated the gel skull and the halberd did the same.
I still would pay money to see what a real lance from a charging knight on horseback would do to a gel torso.

I still don't agree with Shaka losing to "Braveheart"William Wallace I mean come on Shaka fucked up the boers and made a kingdom that most blacks and most historians call his kingdom the Zulu Empire. He fought guys with guns and when he started fighting his army was small

Sadly dun think Apache's would stand up to a fully armored warrior. One they used Gurilla tactics, and I don't know how that would be factored in a one on one fight. Two they were up against a warrior who's chest was exposed, and three that warrior had a weak long range weapon while I'd say the Bow and Arrow was the Apache's strongest. TBH I see them not beating a Spartan, Knight, Samurai, and maybe a viking in a simulation. Pirate yes because they fought against better guns. Ninja, yes because I think they did the sneak attack style better than Ninjas, and even then in simulations you never know.
Hell I'd love to see a battle of the warriors who used Nature based weapons. Maybe to make it alittle fair, - the Bow and Arrow and have Maori, Apache, and Zulu Warrior(Not Shaka Zulu, because I like the idea of testing classes of warriors instead of the people.) in any combo.

I have a question for the producers, in the producer¿s round table Gary Tarpinian said the producers choose the weapons, why would you give the samurai the kanabo when it was mainly used by oni in myth not by samurai. I think a nodachi would have been better it has historical use by samurai and it would do about the same job and COME ON who wouldn¿t want to see a sword that big hit a gel torso.
p.s. my name is pronounced Seaberus and is NOT supposed to be Cerberus.

What would be really cool is if they did a gang episode, not so much like the yakuza vs. mafia, but the crips or the hell's angels vs some foriegn equivalent (I can't think of one of the top of my head)
Also, It would be nice to see some variety in setting for the final showdowns. For example, having an Egyptian Warrior (on chariot) fight a mounted Hussar in the desert or some egyptian tomb. Or it could be completly random, like an Aztec vs. a Legionare in a Rice Field or somewhere like Versailles

What I really wanna see is Chinese Han Dynasty Warrior vs. Roman Legionaire. Both were at the same time period and their kingdoms were the most powerful & dominant at that time. I wanna see the strong large shields of the Roman Legionaire vs the immense strength of the said to be the "armor piercing" crossbows of the Han Soldiers. Max & friends, pleaze help me out here?

Also, for the "Famous Warrior" fight, We( by we I mean I ) want to see ALEXANDER THE GREAT, the Macedonian king that conquered kingdoms from Egypt to India, all at a young age, vs. GENGHIS KHAN, the notorious conqueror who created the largest kingdom, the world has ever seen. Who Is The Deadliest Conqueror?!?!

I would have to say the Knight would rise to the top (the pirate would too but i mean come on how exciting is it to just see some one that only uses guns compared to the other factions that used a wide variety or weapons? So i'll leave gun using warriors our of the equation.)
I believe given the armor and the weapons the knight used he would over come the spartan, apache, samurai, zulu, maori, monk, ninja, and all the other awesome warriors. But then again i'm just thinking of melee combat where the knight just smashes people with a Morning Star O_O, probably the most devastating melee weapon ever. It can go over a shield, hard to dodge/parry i mean if you mess up the chain will wrap around you and the spikes will still hit you.

I agree with Dorian. I really think the Samurai can beat the Spartan. If anyone is getting too much credit, its the Spartans. I know they kicked ass at Thermopolae(sp?), but I feel like 300 has blown the Spartan image way out of proportion. Samurai and Spartans both have great equipment and skill, but I honestly don't believe the Spartan's spear can have the edge over a Samurai Naginata. I think the Katana has a great advantage in short range compared to the Spartan short sword. I'd love to see the match and if a high quality katana can indeed breach the defense of a Spartan shield. Samurai vs. Spartan should be a good, close match.

Yes Thrand, we get it, Cry Some More.
You lost, get over it, quit wasting everyone's time by spamming the same pointless crap during every episode the Deadliest Warrior guys can do. We understand that you're jealous they can make money doing this and you can't, but give it a break already.

What would be really cool would be a fight between famous female warriors, like Joan of Arc, Boudica, Tri¿u Th¿ Trinh, Tomoe Gozen, etc.
What I really want to see are an aboriginese warrior, Rajput, and more than anything, the Landsknecht (best warriors in history)
If they do have a tournament of champions, it would definetely come down to Spartan vs Knight (assuming we discount the Pirate, who would beat every other non-modern warrior with relative ease, with the possible exception of the Spartan) the monk would be crushed due to a lack of ranged weapons, and the Samurai and Apache would be crushed by the superiorly-armored Europeans.

I think the next season needs to include some more warriors who are not so well known. The maori episode is still one of my favourites, just because they were so different then everyone else on the show, and I'd never heard of them before. I understand the need to set up locker-room fanatsy fights like ninja versus spartan, and samurai versus viking in order to get people watching, but now that the show has a decent fan-base, let's get some new and interesting warriors in there.

I wish these fuckers would get it straight and right and bring in some REAL Ninjutsu practicioners. The Ninja wore armor too if they knew they were going into an open field battle. Basically making them just like the Samauri.
