Jack (Alex Baldwin) imparts wisdom to his staff about the latest market research.
Tina Fey stars in this new comedy as Liz Lemon, head writer of The Girly Show. Between the show's two stars and a demanding network honcho (Alec Baldwin), she's about to lose it. In order for Liz to keep her job -- and her sanity -- she has to balance the egos, the mandates and the neuroses while maintaining The Girly Show laughs.
