July 02, 2007 - Their team name comes from the high school in the movie Heathers, and it's also a tribute to their favorite rock star, Paul Westerberg of The Replacements. If you pay close attention to their t-shirts, you'll find that the typeface is another reference, this time to the band Cheap Trick. Clearly, Pop Culture is in the blood of these three men from Lawrence, KS. They play in rock bands, host trivia shows on local cable TV and review films for their own website, scenestealers.com.

Eric & J.D. from Westerburg High have a movie review website with interviews and videos at www.Scene-Stealers.com! Check it out.

Hey, I just saw a spot on VH1 that worldofpop.com is going to have a trivia contest online at 10pm every night after the show which has a $2500 prize. Then after the finale show on 7/20 there will be a $10000 grand prize. At least I have another chance at some $$ even though I didn't make it on the show!
