Chris Cody is the free world's most "independent" anti-terrorist agent, is sent on another mission. This time he must submerge, under the sea and find out who was responsible for the assassination of an American ambassador. Cody ends up in all kinds of trouble, overpowered and trapped beneath the waves but hardly out of his depth.
