Documentary consisting of interviews with the executive producer, director, principal actors intercut with shots from the film and the making of the film.
Based on the video game. Rose Da Silva (Radha Mitchell) spins out her car one foggy night on a lonely road. When she awakes her daughter, Sharon, has disappeared. She goes in search of the child and stumbles upon the deserted town of Silent Hill. Rose becomes trapped in an alternate dimension as she searches for her daughter in a world of decay inhabited by strange beings.
