Cole Portocarrero is the Executive Director of the Bay Area Bicycle Coalition. Her top priority everyday is to make bicycling a prominent and viable form of transportation for everyone in the San Francisco/Bay Area. She's appealing to all who haven't pedalled in years to come out and rediscover an often overlooked way to commute or travel.
