GUADALUPE, is a Feature Film, Produced by Dos Corazones Films in Spanish with English subtitles, about the miraculous story of the Virgin Mary's apparition to Juan Diego at Tepeyac, and the image she left behind in an ancient Mantel that helped unite civilization more than 475 years ago, at a time when the indigenous races of the Americas faced extinction by European settlers in the Yucatan. The film unfolds with two scientists that set out to investigate for themselves the validity of said Mantel, whose life span would have lasted only 25 years and today remains intact in Mexico, after having gone through multiple fires, earthquakes and 5 centuries of handling by the millions of people who still visit her shrine each year. The film is a story of faith that helps unite a family with love when all hope seemed lost, revealing modern day scientific analysis that proves that the Mantel is not a painting of any sorts and that the eyes, heart beat and temperature of the image, appears to have a life of its own.
