A top-notch thief (DMX) has something stolen from him--his daughter--and has to steal a cache of black diamonds (and hand them over) to get her back. He teams up with an agent from Taiwanese Intelligence (Jet Li) as it becomes apparent that a bigger, deadlier plot is afoot.
