Beloved and lazy fat-cat Garfield, known and loved from the Sunday comics, comes to the big screen. When Jon (Breckin Meyer) adopts new pooch Odie, Garfield (Bill Murray) does everything to get him out the door and get things back to normal. But does Odie deserve to suffer at the hands of a sadistic dog trainer? For the first time in history, Garfield feels a smidgen of responsibility and takes action -- to save a dog, no less.
